Claimant Vision Expense Reimbursement Portal

The Vision Expense Reimbursement Portal hosted through Rising Medical Solutions (Rising), is earmarked for admitted claimants’ families.

It is a free, user-friendly, HIPAA compliant portal that streamlines and expedites claim submissions. The Vision Portal allows for claimant families to submit 24/7 questions, checklists, and information (see below).

  • Streamline claims and time sheet submission and tracking
  • User friendly access with form/page uploads into the platform.
  • Options to mail or fax your time sheets. Please mail all documentation to 5540 Falmouth St Suite 203, Richmond VA 23230.
  • Fax timesheets to 877-259-7473. Emails with attachments will no longer be accepted through either the Program or the Administrator’s email addresses.
  • Checklists to manage documentation and claim reimbursements.
  • Tracking feature to stay up to date on your claim reimbursement.

  • For access to the claim reimbursement and related forms, go to Claim Submission Forms.
  • For claim reimbursements submitted to the Program previously (not the Rising Vision platform), the Program staff is working to finalize the processing no later than August 31, 2025, or sooner.

Where do you send claim reimbursement requests? Use this chart to determine whether you submit claim reimbursements directly to the Program or to the Program’s Administrator, Rising Medical Solutions via the Vision Portal.

For admitted claimant families submitting claims for housing benefits (home modifications), Trust Homes, or vans, please email the Program at claimantsubmit@vabirthinjury.com.
