We are pleased to announce, in collaboration with the Program’s administrator, MCI/Rising Medical Solutions, the launch of an updated, HIPAA and HITRUST-compliant Portal through Vision, scheduled for early August 2025. This platform will enable claim submissions as well as accessing and tracking claim status. Further details regarding training will be provided shortly.

As a friendly reminder, to help ensure efficient claim processing, please submit each claim only once – either by email, through the Program’s Portal, or via the third-party administrator’s Portal – to avoid duplicate submissions.
