New Virtual Meeting Access

Program leadership is pleased to share that, as we transition from primarily in-person meetings to a hybrid format, we are implementing a clear and consistent approach for virtual participation in Program-hosted Board and committee meetings (excluding closed sessions). This approach is designed to promote accessibility and support respectful, well-facilitated discussion.
All Program-hosted virtual meetings will be conducted via Zoom, either as Meetings or Webinars, depending on anticipated attendance, agenda structure, and participation needs.
Advance registration is required for all virtual meetings. Registration links will be distributed to families by email and posted on the Program’s website at least one week in advance. Registration enables the Program to securely share meeting access information, plan for attendance and staffing needs, and provide appropriate accessibility and technical support. Registration forms may request an attendee’s name and email address.
Each meeting notice and agenda will clearly indicate whether the meeting includes a public comment period or is informational only, with no opportunity for public comment.
For meetings that include public comment, the registration form will ask whether you would like to speak during the public comment portion of the meeting. Public comment will take place only during the designated agenda item. To help the meeting run smoothly, attendees will not be able to unmute themselves. When it is your turn to speak, the host or co-host will temporarily enable your audio. Audio access will be turned off once your comment is complete.
For meetings without a public comment period, participation will be limited to listening and viewing, with written questions submitted via chat or Q&A, if enabled.
The first Program-hosted meeting offered under this virtual participation format will be the Investment Committee meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, 2/17 at 10:00 a.m. Families and members of the public who wish to attend virtually are encouraged to register in advance using the link below. There will be no public comment at this meeting and will be view/listen only webinar format.
We hope this information is helpful and look forward to seeing more of you join us for future meetings.
