Dear Program Families and Healthcare Providers: Please be advised that it has come to the Program’s attention that the Program’s previous third-party administrator, BPA, apparently has sent EOBs and/or other documents/correspondence to many of you recently. It is the Program’s understanding from BPA that the documentation was generated and sent automatically as part of its process of clearing out unfunded claims from its computer system. BPA has confirmed that these documents reflect claims that were previously paid by the Program in-house, rather than paid through BPA. If you receive such documentation from BPA, please contact the Program and provide the Program with copies of the documentation you received. The Program will double-check everything to make sure there are no outstanding claims. Thank you.
