May 9, 2025

The Program learned on May 9, 2025, that less than six admitted claimant families experienced a delay in receiving direct deposit and related claim reimbursements that had been processed through the Program’s outgoing third-party administrator, Benefit Plan Administrators, Inc. (BPA). All of the matters discovered on May 9, 2025, were resolved by COB that same day. —->> However, there are a number of matters that the Program team is still working to resolve for claims related to dates prior to May 8th, for which reimbursements have not been made, yet. << —– Please contact Ms. Razaz Ali at the Program office at ra**@***********ry.com if you have questions or concerns about any claims you had pending with BPA for which reimbursement or payment has not been made to date.
