Dear Admitted Claimant Families, Rising has identified a system bug that currently limits submissions to a maximum of 20 lines. Their team is actively working on a solution, with a fix expected by the end of next week. Rising has also identified submissions that may have been affected and is working to correct them. If additional information is needed regarding a specific submission, Rising will contact you directly. Until the fix is released, we recommend limiting each submission to no more than 20 lines. Families will be notified once the fix has been implemented.
